Line Cook/Prep Cook [Good Co. Northwoods] | This is Blueprint

As a Bartender, you are responsible for beverage service directly with the customer and through our servers.  As a key member of the service team, you prepare and serve beverages (non-alc, beers, wines and spirits) with a focus on quality, consistency and accuracy.  You will also maintain a clean working and service environment, and communicate well with colleagues, leadership and guests, and operate according to our high standards of professionalism, including abiding by serving sizes, recipes, operating procedures, and the legal framework  A highly visible team member and an ambassador of our brand, you are guided by and live our Company’s values: Be Real, Have Fun, Own It, and Grow With Us. | This is Blueprint

Bartender  [Good Co. Granville] | This is Blueprint

As a Server / Bartender, you enjoy the best of both worlds!  Comfortable operating on the floor and behind the bar, you will be deployed where you’re needed on a scheduled basis.  In a Server capacity, you’ll be responsible for full table service, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.  As a Bartender, you’ll be responsible for beverage service directly with our customers seated at the bar, and preparing drinks for your service colleagues’ table-seated guests.  In both Server and Bartender shifts, you’ll focus on quality, consistency, cleanliness and collaboration.  

As an all-rounder, you'll take on Shift Leader / MOD responsibilities  as needed, including staff supervision and closing duties.
