Servers ensure food and drink orders are taken accurately and delivered to guests. They are responsible for the overall cleanliness of tables and other areas of the restaurant. The Server role is highly visible and at all times acts as a representative of the brand’s values, quality and customer experience. Servers may also operate in the capacity of Shift Supervisors, as designated by the General Manager. Supervisory responsibilities include managing scheduled hourly workers according to business need, responding to feedback / issues as they arise, overseeing quality control in all aspects of food and beverage service, and contributing to recruitment and performance management processes as needed. As a Host, you are the face of our business and a key support in our service, ensuring that the guest experience makes a first timer a regular. You will: ensure all reservations and walk-ups are checked in, with appropriate information gathered (size of party, main contact); maintain a clean and inviting space in and around the Host area as required, as well as wiping down and preparing tables as needed.
