All seating is first come, first served unless otherwise specified in your ticket or confirmed booking. Early arrival is strongly recommended for all matches.

All reservations must be on site 60 minutes before kick off. If you are not checked in 60 minutes before your reservation will be released to accomodate walk up traffic.

To accommodate all guests during high-demand matches:

• Tables may be subject to a 2–3 hour seating window
• Timing may be aligned with kickoff + post-match turnover

Due to limited capacity and high demand:

• Standard matches: $15–$20 per guest
• Premium / high-demand matches: $25+ per guest
• Reserved tables / VIP: higher minimums apply

Minimum spend is required to support staffing, operations, and overall experience.

• All events are all ages prior to 9:00 PM
• Guests under 19 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (19+)
• No minors permitted after 9:00 PM

• Select matches may offer limited reservations
• Walk-ins are always welcome but are subject to capacity
• Reservations do not guarantee specific seating areas unless confirmed

Early booking is highly recommended for key matches.

Once seated capacity is reached:

• The venue may shift to standing room only
• Standing room guests must still meet minimum spend requirements

• Matches will be shown on all venue screens
• Featuring the largest LED screen on Granville Street
• Full match audio for key games

• Full menu available throughout all matches
• Table service may be prioritized for reserved or VIP areas
• Outside food and beverage is not permitted

Entry is subject to:

• Venue capacity limits
• ID verification
• Security screening

Once capacity is reached, entry will be paused or restricted.

• Re-entry is not guaranteed during peak times
• Guests leaving may need to rejoin the line

• Valid government-issued ID may be required
• Security reserves the right to refuse entry
• Bag checks may be conducted

We are committed to a safe and energetic environment:

• Intoxicated or disruptive guests will be removed
• Aggressive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated

• Match times are subject to official FIFA scheduling
• Delays or changes may occur beyond venue control

• Please dress appropriately for line conditions
• Lines may form early for high-demand matches

• Debit / credit preferred
• Cash acceptance may be limited
• Large group tabs may require pre-authorization

• VIP areas may be reserved with minimum spend commitments
• Bottle service and premium packages available for select matches

Outside decorations, banners, or equipment are not permitted without prior approval.

The venue is accessible.

• Refunds will only be issued in the event of full event cancellation
